QuotaPin 1.2.1 is a focused Windows stability fix for the guided tray attach path.

Windows package: QuotaPin-1.2.1.exe
macOS package: QuotaPin-macOS-1.2.1.dmg

Windows requires x64 Windows 10 version 2004 or later; Windows 11 is the verified baseline. The macOS package remains CI-validated with signed-in real-device and Gatekeeper acceptance provisional.

• Fixed guided auto-attach: the tray now supplies the source Codex creation time, a unique attachment generation, and the atomic handoff ticket required by the launcher.
• Failed handoffs recover cleanly: a failed attempt removes only its own pending ticket instead of leaving a stale transaction behind.
• No installation restart: the repair does not close or relaunch an already-running Codex session.
• Same package policy: the Windows executable and universal macOS disk image remain the only public release assets.

The previous 1.2.0 release remains immutable history. Users on 1.2.0 should update to 1.2.1 before relying on guided tray auto-attach.
