Release 0.92: HOME UX, ETA timezones, passenger voyage stays, and form fixes.

  • Split crew-list birth column (forms 03/04/06/07) into date + place; migrate legacy joined values on restore.
  • ETA: per-leg ± timezone steps through the full range between departure and arrival offsets.
  • HOME: row hover with odd/even tints; column header lightly highlights (odd/even colors) when hovering a cell value; tighten table layout so scans/actions fit without horizontal scroll.
  • Passenger edit: embarkation/disembarkation rows (date + ports) with + to add return visits.
  • Toasts: save dates/fields on blur/commit only; show what changed or was cancelled instead of generic "Saved".
