Play Minecraft Dungeons II with WASD, mouse and keyboard instead of click-to-move.

Downloads

  • wasdmod-Windows.exe — Windows: the Steam version, or the game from Minecraft.net (Minecraft Launcher) or the Xbox app. Not yet tested on a Windows PC.
  • wasdmod-Mac.dmg — Mac with CrossOver. The game has to run in CrossOver first: set it up with MCD2 Crossover.
  • wasdmod-manual.zip — Linux / Steam Deck (Proton), or a manual install on Windows. Not yet tested on Linux.

The files aren't signed. Windows: "Windows protected your PC" → More info → Run anyway. Mac: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.

In game: Tab opens the menu wheel, F9 shows the key list, hold Alt (Option on a Mac) for the cursor, T starts typing, and backtick (`) turns wasdmod off and on. Setup, controls and troubleshooting are in the README.
