macOS menu-bar app that auto-fixes wrong-layout typing across English, Ukrainian, and Russian.

Bug-fix release for automatic layout detection

  • Attached punctuation no longer blocks conversion (Привет!, (привет), текст.); words whose letters sit on punctuation keys (б ю ж э х ъ ё) also convert now.
  • Punctuation keys re-render in the target layout — the / key correctly becomes . on the Russian/Ukrainian PC layouts.
  • Short words convert — minimum word length lowered from 3 to 2, so hi / ми / ще are handled. Single letters stay excluded.
  • Manual trigger inherits the same punctuation-aware detection.

Install

Download Switcher3way-1.0.1.dmg, open it, and drag Switcher3way into Applications. First launch on a new Mac: right-click the app → Open (unnotarized). Grant Accessibility + Input Monitoring in System Settings → Privacy & Security.
