Feat: Export entire user folder instead of xuser

I want to Thank You to Ajay from Ajays-Prefix for helping me develop this custom save feature similar to his prefix. Credit for the same style to Ajay and all his hard work!

• moves saves function to container settings to be container wide. Fixing an issue when importing saves that if multiple games are linked to same container it could cause a save to be overwritten
• exports entire user folder on local game saves instead of xuser only.
• restores functionality to games needing the public folder.
• backwards compatability for now to ensure users can safely continue to use the import and export feature.
• explicitly warns user of importing saves can possibly overwrite other saves and to manually manage them externally before importing if trying to restore an older save.
