Brings steam-features up to date with upstream main (9 commits): viture glasses/external monitor, harden cloud saves, native extraction IO fix, audio buffer fix, library top-bar shadow fix (WinNative-Emu#576), Ajay prefix updater, steam downloads fix, settings background UI, library UI overhaul + file manager (WinNative-Emu#572). Conflict resolution: - UnifiedActivity.kt: kept Steam Friends button + upstream Files button; applied WinNative-Emu#576 styling (transparent + accent border, no shadow) to the Friends/Files/Filter top-bar buttons; kept both new TopBar params (onFriendsClicked, onOpenFileManager). - XServerDisplayActivity.kt onDestroy(): kept both Steam GameSessionState reset and upstream recorder/HUD/external-display cleanup. - strings.xml (all locales): kept both Steam (steam_*) and upstream file_manager_* additions.
