Removes the internal Picker subcomponent from private APIs and updates the DataViews color control to use the public ColorPicker component instead. This addresses feedback that internal component parts should not be exposed via private APIs.

Removes the internal
Pickersubcomponent from private APIs and updates the DataViews color control to use the publicColorPickercomponent instead.This addresses feedback from #71522 that internal component "Picker" should not be exposed via private APIs. cc: @mirka, @ciampo.
It was used to avoid double text inputs but I guess they are acceptable and better than exposing the private component.
