Initial debug APK release.

Prerequisite: install Pixel IMS from https://github.com/kyujin-cho/pixel-volte-patch and enable VoWiFi first.

This app focuses on VoWiFi UI behavior on RedMagic/Nubia China ROMs:

shows the VoWiFi Settings toggle
enables the status bar VoWiFi icon branch
optionally switches to BD-style VoWiFi icon resources

Tested on NX809J. Other models are untested but may work if their ZTE Settings/SystemUI implementation uses the same properties and classes.
