Releases: XenseRobotics-AI/XenseVR-PC-Service
Release list
v0.2.1
Same daemon as v0.2.0. The only payload change is the client SDK
SDK/x64/libPXREARobotSDK.so, rebuilt from current main so it carries
the fix that stopped the custom-message callback printing a line per Pico
camera frame (~60/s for two eyes, with no newline on Linux, which shredded
the caller's console).
amd64 only, as with v0.2.0.
Upgrade note. v0.2.0 was re-released in place once with the same fix.
If you installed from that re-upload you already have this SDK — but the
version bump is what lets an installer notice, so prefer this release.
The RobotLinuxDemo archive is unchanged and stays on the
v0.2.0 release;
SDKDemo/UnityBin/fetch_linux_demo.sh still points there.
v0.2.0 Release
Pico camera support
The service now forwards message type 0x30 (video frame with timestamp)
to SDK clients instead of dropping it, so the headset can stream camera
frames through to the PC side.
The transport is not new — 0x30 is routed into the existing raw-binary
custom-message channel (PXREAServerSendCustomMessage →
PXREADeviceCustomMessage, callback mask bit 26), which was already in
place. This release makes the message reach it.
Build and packaging
qt-gcc.shno longer hardcodes a single Qt path. It probes known
locations and honoursQT_GCC_64, and re-runs CMake configuration when
the cachedCMAKE_PREFIX_PATHno longer matches the Qt in use — a stale
cache from another machine used to fail the build in confusing ways.debPack/setup.shno longer copies the prebuiltRobotDemoQtand
RobotDataRecorderbinaries out of the source tree; all binaries are
synced frombin/, so a stale copy can no longer end up in the package.
Assets
XenseVR-PC-Service_0.2.0_amd64.deb (x86_64). No arm64 build in this
release — use v0.1.0 if you need arm64, or build it on an ARM64 host with
qt-gcc_aarch64.sh.
The headset APK is unchanged from v0.1.0 and is not re-attached here.
