First tagged release of MACD (Multi-Agent Command Deck) — a terminal multiplexer and orchestration layer for running a fleet of Claude Code sessions as coordinated workers.

What's in v0.1.0:

  • macd watch — spawn and view multiple live sessions side-by-side in split panes
  • macd send / assign / tasks — cross-process messaging and task tracking between sessions
  • macd dashboard — a read-only web view (session cards, a Kanban task board, an activity feed with a message-volume sparkline)
  • Cross-platform: verified working on both macOS (native PTY layer) and Windows (named pipes), including live crash-vs-clean-exit detection for spawned panes
  • macd seed for demo data, 53 passing tests, CI on every push

This project is its own dogfood case — built across a real two-machine setup (Windows as orchestrator, MacBook as worker) using the exact cross-session delegation pattern the tool exists to formalize.
