Arachnoid stalker subclass missing

The Arachnoid stalker subclass for rogue is missing in my game. (Console. Xbox to be specific)
I saw it during a different playthrough when I was playing a different type of rogue, and thought it sounded cool.
Now in this new playthrough it’s missing. I loaded into my other playthrough and it’s missing there too.
They have the same mod list, and no new mods were added to the old one. Was it removed or is this a bug?
