getownit 0.1.1

• The badge now reads Ownit | Verified N% | Unverified M%. Every commit that isn't verified yet counts as unverified.
• Nothing expires. Skipped and pending pushes stay in ownit interview, and debriefing them later raises the verified share.
• The pre-push hook asks again about commits you skipped earlier.
• A failed model call now says the commits stay unverified until you retry.

Server side (already live): GitHub's Merge button commits no longer need a debrief.
