修复 SSH 长会话中任务仍在运行却被反复标为阻塞的问题。

  • 异步提问保留“等待回答 · 继续运行”；日志尾部缺少本轮开始记录时，从当前 Codex 事件恢复轮次归属，缺失用量仍明确标为部分统计。
  • 审批请求与同一操作的 PostToolUse 结果配对，解决后自动已读并取消通知；模型继续工作或本轮结束也会撤销旧审批提醒。
  • 审批弹窗缓冲 12 秒，普通 Token 更新与无关并行工具返回不会清除真正未解决的等待。
  • 保留已有 hook，自动补齐结果 hook。升级后在 Codex 设置 → Hooks 中核对并信任 PostToolUse；任务结束后重载 VS Code 窗口使新扩展生效。
  • 主扩展 0.9.1，采集器 0.5.10。此 GitHub Release 不代表扩展市场已更新。

Fix repeated blocked states while work continues in long SSH conversations.

  • Preserve asynchronous question delivery and recover round identity from current Codex item metadata. Keep incomplete token statistics explicit.
  • Pair approval requests with matching PostToolUse results; acknowledge and cancel resolved notifications. Model continuation and terminal round results also clear old approval reminders.
  • Buffer approval popups for 12 seconds. Token updates and unrelated parallel tool outputs do not resolve genuine waits.
  • Preserve existing hooks and add missing result hooks. Review and trust PostToolUse under Codex Settings → Hooks; reload VS Code after active tasks finish.
  • Main extension 0.9.1; collector 0.5.10. The Marketplace has not been updated by this release.
