Codex Beacon 0.9.3 — Distinguish approval review from blocked tasks

修复自动审批被显示为“阻塞”的问题。

• Codex PermissionRequest 在自动审核前触发，不能证明任务正在等用户手动批准。现在显示紫色“审批处理中”。
• 任务详情说明该状态的含义，通知改为“Codex 有审批请求”；审批请求仍可从仪表盘、进行中和等待处理筛选中访问。
• 保留明确的等待回答／等待审批；匹配的 PostToolUse、模型继续执行或轮次结束会解除审批请求，Token 更新和无关并行工具结果不会解除。
• 仅凭当前 Hook 无法区分自动审核与手动等待，请在 Codex 中查看是否需要处理。
• 主扩展 0.9.3，采集器 0.5.11；任务空闲后重新加载窗口生效。

Fix automatic approval review being shown as a blocked task.

• PermissionRequest precedes automatic review and does not prove manual approval is required. Show purple approval processing instead of a manual block.
• Dashboard, sidebar, filters, task details and notifications distinguish approval requests from explicitly observed waiting states.
• Keep verified PostToolUse matching and model-continuation recovery, while preserving real waits across token updates and unrelated parallel results.
• The hook alone cannot tell whether Codex is waiting for manual approval. Open Codex to check whether action is needed.
• Main extension 0.9.3; collector 0.5.11. Reload when current tasks are idle.

Codex Beacon 0.9.2 — Fix clearing read task history

修复“清空已读”后任务变成“状态未确认”的问题。

• 已读历史按完整任务轮次删除，完成提醒与较早的运行记录一起清理。
• 进行中、等待回答、等待审批和未读任务保留完整状态依据。
• 已读且未确认仍在运行的历史任务可清理；删除后日志重放不会使任务重新出现。
• 主扩展更新为 0.9.2，采集器保持 0.5.10。任务结束后重新加载 VS Code 窗口使修复生效。

• Remove read history as complete rounds, including older running snapshots.

Codex Beacon 0.9.1 — Fix false blocked task states

修复 SSH 长会话中任务仍在运行却被反复标为阻塞的问题。

• 异步提问保留“等待回答 · 继续运行”；日志尾部缺少本轮开始记录时，从当前 Codex 事件恢复轮次归属，缺失用量仍明确标为部分统计。
• 审批请求与同一操作的 PostToolUse 结果配对，解决后自动已读并取消通知；模型继续工作或本轮结束也会撤销旧审批提醒。
• 审批弹窗缓冲 12 秒，普通 Token 更新与无关并行工具返回不会清除真正未解决的等待。
• 保留已有 hook，自动补齐结果 hook。升级后在 Codex 设置 → Hooks 中核对并信任 PostToolUse；任务结束后重载 VS Code 窗口使新扩展生效。

• Preserve asynchronous question delivery and recover round identity from current Codex item metadata. Keep incomplete token statistics explicit.
• Pair approval requests with matching PostToolUse results; acknowledge and cancel resolved notifications. Model continuation and terminal round results also clear old approval reminders.
• Buffer approval popups for 12 seconds. Token updates and unrelated parallel tool outputs do not resolve genuine waits.
• Preserve existing hooks and add missing result hooks. Review and trust PostToolUse under Codex Settings → Hooks; reload VS Code after active tasks finish.
• Main extension 0.9.1; collector 0.5.10. The Marketplace has not been updated by this release.

• 修复 Unix 套接字的长路径限制，保留私有权限、双向 TLS 与证书校验。
• 增加 Windows、Linux、macOS CI；提供 macOS AppleScript／afplay 预览后端。macOS 桌面弹窗权限、可见性、音效和窗口操作仍待真机验收，系统通知没有直接打开会话按钮。

验证：Windows 228 项 JavaScript 通过（1 项 POSIX 检查跳过）；Ubuntu 219 项通过（10 项 Windows 检查跳过）。两端均通过 42 项采集器、28 项包验证、4 项配置检查。Ubuntu 真实 VS Code 宿主 25 项、原生通知接口及 WAV／MP3 音效实测通过。GitHub 三平台自动化结果见仓库 Actions。

Ubuntu 通常已有所需桌面工具；缺失时安装 python3 openssl libnotify-bin pipewire-bin sound-theme-freedesktop。需要已登录的桌面；勿扰、通知设置及 VMware 音频设备会影响可见／可听结果。详细范围见平台支持。

Codex Beacon 0.9.0 adds Linux desktop support with Collector 0.5.9.

• Ubuntu uses libnotify native alerts with Open conversation, retaining project groups, state indicators, rounds, usage details, automatic read acknowledgement and the dashboard.
• System sounds and custom WAV/MP3 support per-event settings, independent 0–100% volume, mute and fallback.
• Short private Unix sockets fix long-path failures while preserving mutual TLS and certificate checks.
• Windows, Linux and macOS CI; macOS AppleScript/afplay preview. Physical Mac testing remains pending for notification permission, visible popups, audio and window activation. macOS system notifications have no direct conversation action.

Windows: 228 JavaScript checks passed with one POSIX check skipped. Ubuntu: 219 passed with ten Windows checks skipped. Both passed 42 collector, 28 package and four settings checks. Ubuntu passed 25 real VS Code host checks and real libnotify/WAV/MP3 audio checks. See Actions for three-platform automated results.

Ubuntu dependencies, if missing: python3 openssl libnotify-bin pipewire-bin sound-theme-freedesktop. A logged-in desktop is required. Do Not Disturb, notification permissions and VMware audio affect actual visibility/audibility. See platform support.

Install codex-beacon-0.9.0.vsix locally; use codex-beacon-collector-0.5.9.vsix in SSH/container targets. Reopen VS Code when tasks are idle after upgrading an older broker. This GitHub release does not indicate a Marketplace update.

• 同一项目、来源和对话开始新一轮时，自动将之前轮次的提醒标为已读；保留历史与 token 用量，并取消旧提醒的排队播放。
• 当前轮次、其他对话和其他项目不受影响；延迟到达的旧提醒不会再次变成未读或播放声音。
• 通知后台升级为 v11，迁移 v10 历史；轮次顺序支持相同时间戳。

Restored activity requires fresh evidence. A new round acknowledges earlier-round reminders in the same conversation while retaining history and usage, without muting current-round alerts.

Codex Beacon 0.8.6 — Sounds for completion, questions and approvals

完成、等待回答和等待审批现在可以分别配置本机 WAV／MP3 提示音。

打开 管理与设置 → 提醒与显示 → 提示音场景，选择场景后即可选音频、试听或重置。未单独设置时跟随原有通用音效；重置某一场景不影响其他类别。

配置项：codexBeacon.soundFileOnDone、codexBeacon.soundFileOnQuestion、codexBeacon.soundFileOnApproval。原有通用 codexBeacon.soundFile 继续生效，声音总开关和完成声音开关保持有效。合并提醒仍只播放一次，优先使用审批、回答、完成中优先级最高的音效。

更新通知协议至 v9，优先迁移 v8 历史并保留旧版文件。请在当前任务结束后重新加载相关 VS Code 窗口启用新版。

验证：202 项 JavaScript、41 项采集器、28 项包校验、4 项配置检查及 23 项真实 VS Code 宿主检查通过；在真实隔离面板验证三类试听、单类重置、其他场景保持、中英文及窄窗口布局。

Codex Beacon 0.8.5 — Conversation rounds and a simpler dashboard

任务卡片右上角直接提供打开会话、标为已读和删除，无需展开详情。已读后隐藏圆点和标读按钮，记录仍可在“全部”查看。

侧栏按项目 → 对话名称 → 第几轮分组，仪表盘加入对话筛选；默认界面不再显示短编号和侧栏 token 数。轮次按当前保留记录编号，筛选不改变轮次，删除或历史过期后会重新编号。完整编号、token 与 API 费用估算仍可在详情查看。

管理与设置改为左侧分类导航、右侧单列内容，每行一个操作；窄窗口将分类导航移到上方。

验证：198 项 JavaScript、41 项采集器、28 项包校验、4 项配置检查通过；23 项真实 VS Code 宿主检查通过，并验证 1442／702／482／322 像素下的布局和实际按钮交互。

主扩展 0.8.5，配套采集器 0.5.4。在当前任务空闲后重新加载窗口启用新版。此 GitHub Release 不表示 VS Code Marketplace 已更新。
