ClaudeBar v0.3.4 — the "Apple‑style" redesign

This is a big one. Since the last public build (0.2.0), ClaudeBar got a top‑to‑bottom redesign:
a coherent visual system, at‑a‑glance signals, a live‑session mascot, and now fluid
microinteractions across the whole panel.

Updating from 0.2.0? It installs itself — the app checks on launch, or right‑click → Check for updates.

✨ Microinteractions (new in this release)

  • The panel fades in and its sections stagger into place.
  • Numbers and bars tween to their target instead of snapping.
  • Rows light up on hover; the mascot blinks, spins a braille spinner and shows a playful verb while it works.
  • A quota reset gets a little celebration flash.
  • Everything respects a Reduce motion toggle (Settings) if you want zero animation.

🐱 Live sessions + mascot

An ASCII mascot in the dashboard reacts in real time to your Claude Code sessions (idle / working /
waiting for approval / waiting for input / compacting / ended), driven by Claude Code hooks over a local
named pipe. Opt‑in from Settings → Live sessions (with a backup and a confirmation). The tray icon
adds an amber badge when a session needs your attention.

📊 At‑a‑glance signals + new look

  • Pace marker and threshold ticks drawn inside the quota bar.
  • Reset in local time ("resets in 1h 39m · Wed 04:18") + an explanation of the rolling 5h window.
  • Stale‑data hint ("N min ago") and an honest privacy seal.
  • Adaptive tray icon (light/dark taskbar) + status‑by‑shape (colour‑blind friendly).
  • A coherent design system: 8pt grid, tabular digits, risk‑interpolated quota colour.
  • An in‑dashboard ⚙ settings panel — all config in one place; the right‑click menu is now minimal.

🩹 Fixes

  • The privacy seal and footer no longer truncate — they wrap and the panel grows to fit.
  • Paint‑loop and layout stability (consistent measure/paint).

Self‑contained installer (no .NET required), per‑user, with a signed auto‑update appcast.
Windows SmartScreen may warn because the .exe is unsigned → More info → Run anyway.

The OAuth token is only used to read your own usage — never stored, logged, or sent anywhere. No telemetry.
