📊 Honest quota & data

• Dynamic model families — Fable, Mythos and any future model show up on their own with their name and colour, and drop off when they leave the window. Your Fable spend now actually counts (it used to read €0).
• Pricing without hardcoding — rates pulled from models.dev with a local cache and an embedded offline snapshot. Privacy toggle in Settings → System ("Update rates online") that sends nothing about you.
• Coherent quota bar — the bar colour now tracks the real % (green → amber → red); the burn rate moved to the pace marker. No more "57% in red / 84% in green".
• Per-window pace — the pace line colours each window (5h / 7d) by its own state and splits out the run-out estimate.

👁️ More legible

• Tray icon — "99+" reads in full and the pending badge keeps its shape (readable without colour).
• WCAG contrast across the panel, DPI scaling (125 / 150%) and locale-aware formats (amounts and dates), with no clipped text.
• Mascot — visible even when idle, the "working" animation is a clean arc, and the quota-reset celebration uses the brand colour.
• Chart — threshold lines in % mode, clearer legend and axes.

⚙️ Settings

• The panel remembers its scroll position, the back button reads as "‹ Back", and groups are better organised.

• Atomic credential writes (can't log Claude Code out), 717 automated tests, and signed auto-update (Ed25519).

The settings panel used to be taller than the screen. Now it caps its height at ~65% of your
display and scrolls — with proper trackpad support. Plus the mascot settles into its best size.

⚙️ Settings panel: height cap + scroll

• The panel caps at ~65% of the working area and the content scrolls with the mouse wheel,
  with a thin proportional scrollbar on the right. The header and "‹ Settings" stay pinned on top.
• Trackpad-friendly: precision touchpads send smooth-scrolling (many tiny deltas instead of the
  classic ±120 notch). Those used to be truncated to zero — the panel simply didn't scroll on
  laptops. Now deltas accumulate losslessly: smooth, proportional scrolling on trackpads, and the
  exact same 48px-per-notch feel on a classic mouse.
• Detail work: scroll resets to the top every time you open settings, half-clipped rows don't react
  to ghost clicks under the header, and when everything fits there's no bar and no scrolling at all.

🐱 Mascot: compact only

• The Large size is retired — the 4-line compact kitty is the definitive mascot. It reads just
  as well, takes less space, and the dashboard breathes.
• The setting goes from a 3-state control (Hidden · Compact · Large) to a simple Show mascot
  toggle. Old configs with "MascotSize": "large" migrate silently (the key is just ignored).

🎨 Tray icon: true colors

• Fixed a bug that re-encoded the tray icon down to a 16-color VGA palette — green rendered as
  teal and amber as olive. The badge now shows the theme's real colors (vivid green/amber/red),
  in the tray and in every screenshot/GIF.

📖 README refresh

• The README (EN + ES) got a facelift: all screenshots and GIFs re-shot with the current UI,
  including a new demo of the settings scroll and the tray icon color/shape cycle.

The Large mascot has a brand‑new shape: a loaf cat, picked by a design jury from 12
candidates and inspired by the classics (oneko, Bongo Cat, kaomoji cats).

🐱 Mascot

• The rigid box is gone. The Large cat is now a cozy loaf: the compact kitty's head (ears,
  face, whiskers) on a rounded body with (")_(") paws peeking underneath. Same family, way more
  charming.
• Animated tail — in live phases (working, waiting, compacting) the blink now comes with a
  little tail flick. Idle and KO stay perfectly still, as a proper loaf should.
• The body interior is intentionally empty so the phase color (green / amber / red / gray) makes
  the outline pop at a glance.

🐱 Key fixes

• The mascot is visible now. Turning on Show mascot used to do nothing unless Live Sessions
  were enabled. Now an ambient idle cat shows up as soon as you enable it — and comes alive (blink,
  spinner, verbs) when you turn Live Sessions on.
• Zero cut‑off text. Every ellipsis that hid content is gone — subtitles, values and the pace
  line now read in full (wrap or shorten, never truncate).
• No duplicated info in the panel (the session quota was being drawn twice in the header).
