ClaudeBar v0.3.5 — settings redesign + the mascot is back

A focused polish pass over the UI: a minimalist one‑screen settings panel, the mascot finally
visible, and zero truncated text anywhere.

Updating from 0.3.4? It installs itself — the app checks on launch, or right‑click → Check for updates.

🐱 Key fixes

  • The mascot is visible now. Turning on Show mascot used to do nothing unless Live Sessions
were enabled. Now an ambient idle cat shows up as soon as you enable it — and comes alive (blink,
spinner, verbs) when you turn Live Sessions on.
  • Zero cut‑off text. Every ellipsis that hid content is gone — subtitles, values and the pace
line now read in full (wrap or shorten, never truncate).
  • No duplicated info in the panel (the session quota was being drawn twice in the header).

⚙️ New settings panel (more Apple)

  • Everything on one grouped screen — Panel content · Live sessions · Notifications · Frequency ·
Tray icon · Appearance · System · About — with clear headers, dividers and breathing room.
  • Pill toggles (more legible than checkboxes) and a single, consistent control language.
  • Mascot as one 3‑state control: Hidden · Compact · Large.
  • Live‑sessions master row in the positive (clear enable/disable, with confirmation).
  • Better contrast and legibility across all three themes (Dark / Light / CLI).

Redesigned settings panel — one grouped screen

🩹 Also

  • Dashboard shows the mascot in its own band (no longer cramping the status), and per‑model usage
(Opus / Sonnet) gets a reference bar.

Self‑contained installer (no .NET required), per‑user, with a signed auto‑update appcast.
Windows SmartScreen may warn because the .exe is unsigned → More info → Run anyway.

The OAuth token is only used to read your own usage — never stored, logged, or sent anywhere. No telemetry.
