v0.3.0 : Beta release, new options

Beta phase of DQ3AP begins now !

As alpha fixing and testing have all been added since the first release, we have now reached the first Beta! The mod should be more stable now and with less issues. Next updates will focus on adding new checks as options or, if needed, other improvements and fixes.

For now, here is the latest changes:

• Added 11 new options to configure how the game is generated
• Added the victory event name and rules for it to show in the game's generation spoiler log
• Various changes in the client to make Archipelago operations more stable
• Other minor changes

If updating from v0.2.0 : replace DQ3AP.asi, Game-WindowsNoEditor_P_DQ3AP.pak and dq3.apworld by the new versions.
