Chunk Compass v0.7.0

Chunk Compass v0.7.0 — much smoother, plus built-in updates.

Performance

Panning was rebuilt so it slides the existing map instead of redrawing every
icon on each mouse move, and hover lookups are throttled. Dragging around with
lots of structures on should feel far smoother now.

(Note: the map uses Windows' standard CPU rendering - there isn't a GPU/hardware
-accelerated mode - but these changes remove the heavy per-frame work that was
causing the lag.)

Auto-update

• Help -> Check for updates now checks GitHub for the newest release.
• If a newer version exists, it downloads the installer and launches it, then
  closes so the update can finish. No newer version -> it just tells you you're
  up to date.
