• Latency Rescue 的 Reference 永久固定为 0 smp / 0.000 ms，移除 SET REFERENCE。
• 播放代表性素材并停止后，点击 MEASURE & APPLY 即可直接测量 post-PDC 固定偏移，并保存 Current = Residual。
• 已完成测量的旧工程保留有符号 Residual 并无声迁移；只有旧 Reference、没有完成测量的状态会变为 NO MEASUREMENT。
• 1.5.17 的工程恢复保护保留：宿主重开工程时的临时格式不会误清已完成测量；真实后续采样率、缓冲或 Group 变化仍按安全规则失效。
• 1.5.15–1.5.16 的 COMPARE/MIX 独立显示库、Stop/HOLD/VIS 行为和统一 Spectrum 几何保持不变。

兼容性与安装要求

• Windows 10/11 x64：VST3。
• macOS 11+：Apple Silicon arm64 VST3、Intel x86_64 VST3、Universal 2 AU。
• Windows 三个 VST3 已完成 Release 构建、版本/哈希核对和 Steinberg validator。
• macOS 三类包已核对架构、版本和 CRC；AU 还完成签名验证与 auval。
• 三个 ChainScope 组件必须保持 1.5.18 并一起升级；安装前关闭 DAW，删除旧 bundle，再复制完整新三件套。
• Apple Silicon 与 Intel VST3 二选一，不要同时安装。Universal 2 AU 可单独安装。

已知限制

• macOS 文件为 ad-hoc 签名，没有 Apple Developer ID 公证；如被系统阻止，只在确认文件来自本 Release 后按随包安装说明处理 quarantine。
• 不同 DAW/系统版本的插件扫描、窗口恢复和实时 callback 行为可能不同；请在本公开仓库 Issues 中提交可复现报告。

Added, fixed, and changed in 1.5.18

• Latency Rescue Reference is permanently fixed at 0 smp / 0.000 ms, and SET REFERENCE is removed.
• After playing representative material and stopping, MEASURE & APPLY directly measures the post-PDC fixed offset and stores Current = Residual.
• Completed legacy measurements preserve signed Residual and migrate silently; Reference-only legacy state becomes NO MEASUREMENT.
• The v1.5.17 project-restore guard remains: provisional formats during project reopen do not clear a completed measurement, while genuine later sample-rate, buffer, or Group changes still invalidate safely.
• The v1.5.15–1.5.16 independent COMPARE/MIX display banks, Stop/HOLD/VIS behavior, and unified Spectrum geometry remain intact.

Compatibility and installation requirements

• Windows 10/11 x64: VST3.
• macOS 11+: Apple Silicon arm64 VST3, Intel x86_64 VST3, and Universal 2 AU.
• All three Windows VST3 bundles passed Release build, version/hash checks, and Steinberg validation.
• All three macOS packages passed architecture, version, and CRC checks; AU also passed signature verification and auval.
• Keep all three ChainScope components on v1.5.18 and upgrade them together. Quit the DAW, remove old bundles, then copy the complete new set.
• Install either the Apple Silicon or Intel VST3 package, not both. Universal 2 AU can be installed separately.

Known limitations

• macOS files are ad-hoc signed and not notarized with an Apple Developer ID. If blocked, follow the included quarantine instructions only after confirming the files came from this Release.
• Plug-in scanning, window restoration, and realtime callback behavior can vary by DAW and OS version; submit reproducible reports through this public repository's Issues page.

QQ ChainScope 1.2.17 主要解决一个很实际的 DAW 使用问题：当插件列表或 Insert 槽位很窄时，原来的长名称很难快速区分 Send / Return / Mixboard。

从 1.2.17 开始，DAW 显示名与实际 VST3 bundle 名改为：

• QQ A Send ChainScope
• QQ B Return ChainScope
• QQ C Mixboard ChainScope

升级 1.2.17 前请注意

旧版文件名不会自动被新版覆盖。请先关闭 DAW，并删除旧版：

• QQ ChainScope Send.vst3
• QQ ChainScope Return.vst3
• QQ ChainScope Mixboard.vst3

再安装新版三个 bundle，避免 DAW 同时扫描到新旧两套插件。

1.2.17 没有改变什么

本版本不改变声音 DSP、Group/Runtime 逻辑、参数 ID、工程状态、FINAL、PHASE、Latency Rescue、Dry/Wet、QQ Bypass、Monitor、Spectrum/Waveform/WaveScope 或 FULL/ECO 的既有行为。

1.2.16 — Mid Calibration Source

• L/R 模式新增小型 M 校准源。
• M ON 时 Send 将 Mid 复制为 L/R 双单声道，用于更准确的硬件左右电平校准。
• Before 分析以该 Mid 双单声道为参考，After 仍是处理链真实 L/R 输出。
• Cal 成功后 M 自动关闭并恢复正常 Stereo。

1.2.15 — Transport Stop Hold

• 修复 REAPER 等宿主 Stop 后继续 callback 时，Spectrum / Waveform / WaveScope 被停止状态静音冲掉的问题。
• Stop 后图表保持最后一帧。
• 播放段 RMS / Integrated LUFS 停止累计，不再被停止时段稀释。

QQ ChainScope 1.2.17 focuses on a practical DAW usability problem: long plug-in names are difficult to distinguish in narrow browser and insert-slot views.

The DAW-facing names and VST3 bundle names are now:

• QQ A Send ChainScope
• QQ B Return ChainScope
• QQ C Mixboard ChainScope

Before upgrading to 1.2.17

The new bundle names do not automatically remove the old files. Quit the DAW and delete:

• QQ ChainScope Return.vst3
• QQ ChainScope Mixboard.vst3

Then install the three new bundles. Do not keep the old and new names together.

What 1.2.17 does not change

Audio DSP, Group/Runtime behavior, parameter IDs, project state, FINAL, PHASE, Latency Rescue, Dry/Wet, QQ Bypass, Monitor, Spectrum/Waveform/WaveScope, and FULL/ECO behavior remain unchanged.

1.2.16 — Mid Calibration Source

• Added the compact M calibration source in L/R mode.
• M ON converts the Send source to dual-mono Mid for more reliable hardware L/R calibration.
• Before analysis follows the Mid dual-mono reference while After remains the real L/R output of the processing chain.
• A successful Cal automatically turns M off and restores normal Stereo.

1.2.15 — Transport Stop Hold

• Fixed the case where hosts such as REAPER continue callbacks after Stop and could overwrite Spectrum/Waveform/WaveScope with stopped-time silence.
• Graphs now hold their last frame on Stop.
• Playback-pass RMS / Integrated LUFS stop accumulating after Stop.

• 修复 REAPER 停止播放后仍继续回调时，Return 与 Mixboard 的 Spectrum、Waveform/WaveScope 被静音回调冲掉的问题。
• 停止播放后，Return 与 Mixboard 图表保持最后一帧，Spectrum 显示平滑/衰减也暂停。
• Return 播放区间 RMS / Integrated LUFS 在停止后不再继续被停止时段稀释。
• 已观察到有效 Transport 状态后，缺失 PositionInfo 按停止分析处理；静止重复时间线不会被误判为 seek。

• Fixed the REAPER stop-callback case where continued callbacks could overwrite Return and Mixboard Spectrum/Waveform/WaveScope data with stopped-time silence.
• Return and Mixboard graphs now hold the last visible frame after transport Stop; Spectrum smoothing/decay is suspended too.
• Return playback-pass RMS / Integrated LUFS no longer continues to dilute after Stop.
• After valid transport state has been observed, missing PositionInfo is resolved as analysis Stop; frozen timeline callbacks are not mistaken for a seek.

重要安装提示 / Important Installation Notes

1. A Send、B Return、C Mixboard 必须一起更新到 1.2.14，不要混用不同版本。
   Update A Send, B Return, and C Mixboard together to 1.2.14. Do not mix versions.
2. 安装前完全退出 DAW，替换旧版本后重新扫描插件。
   Quit the DAW completely before installation, replace older versions, then rescan plug-ins.
3. 不要在用户目录和系统目录同时保留重复副本。
   Do not keep duplicate copies in both user and system plug-in folders.
4. Mixboard 使用时必须放在同一 Track 的 FINAL Return 之后。
   When used, Mixboard must be placed after the FINAL Return on the same Track.
