Fixes from first on-device feedback:

Bottom screen now re-attaches when returning to the app (hardware shortcuts or focus loss no longer permanently close the second display)
The app now creates its data folder on first open, so copying mph.nds in works before ever pressing PLAY
Launcher icon refresh (octolith art at all densities)

Install as in v0.2.0; same ROM requirement (own dump, AMHE-0, SHA-1 90164d1ac127ee5f9815ea4ae7de798c7b5fc629).
