v1.3.0 — Contract Operations Foundation
Engineering source release.
Highlights:
- Source-cited contract operations foundation, including reviewable AI extraction, obligations, renewals, action APIs, and a feature-flagged action workspace.
- Stronger tenant, API-key, MCP, document-lifecycle, and reliability safeguards.
- Next.js 16, React 19, Prisma 7.9, and production dependency audit remediation.
The action workspace remains disabled by default during customer validation. This release does not claim production deployment or completion of customer-validation gates.

v1.2.1
Fixed
- Auth — a fresh session (new device, cleared cookies, session renewal past the 7-day expiry) showed a dead-end "No organization yet" screen for a user who already belonged to one. The app now mirrors the server's existing first-membership fallback on the client instead of taking a null active-org at face value. (#5)
- CI —
@next/envis now declared as an explicit dependency; it only resolved locally via pnpm hoisting and broke a clean CI install. (#4)

v1.2.0 — Open Source Launch
Everything the Open Source Track roadmap covers is now shipped: M5 through M12, from ecosystem notifications and CRM integrations through authoring, obligation tracking, analytics, migration tools, internationalization, and redlining with version comparison.
This is the first version cut as an actual git tag / GitHub Release rather than just a changelog entry — the project has been running since May, this just makes it official.
Highlights
- Redlining and tracked changes (per-change accept/reject, snapshot version comparison)
- Full i18n: EN/FR/DE/AR (RTL)/ES
- CSV/PandaDoc/ContractBook/DocuSign CLM/Google Drive import tools
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive CRM sync
- A round of security hardening: SSRF fixes on webhook delivery, zip-bomb protection on DOCX import, magic-byte validation on uploads, last-org-owner protection
See CHANGELOG.md for the full list.
