Fixed

  • Auth — a fresh session (new device, cleared cookies, session renewal past the 7-day expiry) showed a dead-end "No organization yet" screen for a user who already belonged to one. The app now mirrors the server's existing first-membership fallback on the client instead of taking a null active-org at face value. (#5)
  • CI — @next/env is now declared as an explicit dependency; it only resolved locally via pnpm hoisting and broke a clean CI install. (#4)
