SCWID v2.0.1

Essential administrative-access hotfix. Head Coach Tools now use a valid signed-in application session when a stale Developer Console session exists, restoring Add Coach for authorized Developer accounts. This bridge release also enables future complete, integrity-checked desktop updates from the official SCWID server feed, with the existing provider retained as fallback.
