修复工作流片段长时间卡在“工作中”的问题。

  • 命令确认等待纳入片段超时；完全访问模式沿用已授予的会话权限。
  • 停止、工具超时和连接取消会清理待确认请求，迟到的批准不再恢复已结束的工具。
  • 软件重启后，失去执行者的旧任务显示为中断，不再无限计时。

Windows 用户下载下方 StepFun-Harness-1.0.3-win-x64.exe 安装；已有用户也可在软件中检查更新。Step Code 底座仍为 0.1.3。

验证：适配层回归 390 项通过、49 项按条件跳过；新增生命周期套件 8 项通过；已用 Step Plan 订阅验证命令片段的真实成功与失败回执，并核对原问题会话恢复后的界面。

Fixes workflow snippets remaining stuck in “Working”. Approval waits now respect the snippet deadline; cancellation and tool completion clear stale approvals; interrupted tasks no longer keep running timers after restart. Full-access sessions reuse their existing command permission. The bundled Step Code runtime remains 0.1.3.
