  • 复用正在预热的会话，减少重复启动；新底座已有空会话时，省去第二次初始化。
  • 普通聊天读取工作流列表不再加载工作流编译器，减少进入会话的等待。

更新进度，看得明白

  • 区分连接准备、实际传输、校验和取消阶段，准备期间不再停在误导性的 0%。
  • 展示真实百分比、已下载字节和下载速度。
  • 支持取消和重试，连续 90 秒没有新进度时结束等待并给出提示。
  • 提前准备差分索引，正式下载复用已核对的索引。

本版汇总首发提速与更新中心优化。已通过类型检查、lint、架构检查及定向回归；首发流程使用 Step Plan 完成真实小任务验收。

Faster first messages

  • Switch to the conversation layout immediately with a clearly marked pending message; preserve the draft if sending fails.
  • Reuse in-flight session warmup and avoid initializing an already-empty new runtime twice.
  • Keep workflow compiler loading out of ordinary conversation-list reads.

Clearer update progress

  • Show preparation, transfer, verification, and cancellation as separate states instead of a misleading 0% during connection setup.
  • Display actual percentages, transferred bytes, and download speed.
  • Support cancellation and retry, with a clear error after 90 seconds without new progress.
  • Prepare and reuse the verified differential update index.

This release includes both startup responsiveness and update-center improvements. Type checking, lint, architecture checks, and targeted regressions passed. First-message behavior was validated with small live Step Plan tasks.
