LSA reporting for FY2021 is based on HMIS data consistent with the FY2022 HMIS Data Standards and the accompanying FY2022 HMIS CSV.

LSA Dictionary Changes

Unless otherwise noted, the changes in the Dictionary have associated logic changes that impact the specs and sample code, which are described in subsequent sections.

LSAHousehold

• HHChronic - new list
• HoHRace - revised and expanded list
• HoHEthnicity - wording changes from data standards. No impact on sample code -- find and replace changes in specs.

LSAPerson

• Gender - revised list
• Race - revised and expanded list
• Ethnicity - wording changes from data standards. No impact on sample code -- find and replace changes in specs.
• AHARAdultEST/RRH/PSH - new columns

LSAExit

• HHChronic - new column
• HoHRace - revised and expanded list
• HoHEthnicity - wording changes from data standards. No impact on sample code -- find and replace changes in specs.

Organization

• VictimServiceProvider - column name change (was VictimServicesProvider). No impact on specs or sample code beyond editing the name.

Project

• ProjectName - increase max length from 50 to 100. No impact on specs or sample code beyond editing the data type.
• HOPWAMedAssistedLivingFac - new column with new list. No impact on specs or sample code beyond adding the column.

Funder

• Funder - four new list items - No impact on specs or sample code at all.

LSACalculated

• Population - revised and expanded list
