[elecrophysiology_browser] Undefined session when missing translation #10388

Describe the bug
- If there is no translation for 'raw', when you click the link, it takes you to a 404 undefined page
To Reproduce
- Open EEG Browser
- Press on raw
- See it opens correctly
- Go back and change language to French by hovering over your account
- Try again and see failure
