[Instrument Builder] Error message stays after changing a redundant 'Question Name'

When the 'Question Name' is redundant, the related error stays there as the user changes the 'Question Name' field. Further, changing the question type after the 'Question Name' field has been modified does not remove the error message. Error message only disappears once the 'Add row' button is pushed. Though this is not critical, it would be a nice feedback feature to add.
