[dataquery] Several queries broken

Describe the bug
Several queries or not working when attempting to run them in the new DQT, either never loading with a 500 error, or showing a "Error: Erorr creating query" swal. It's happening when running queries with mri_parameter_form, AOSI, and some other instruments.

As long as my user has access to view candidate information, this is now working.
