Added

• fire-dom-event as a card action, as Home Assistant's own cards take it: the whole action leaves the card as
  ll-custom, so browser_mod's popups (with browser_id: THIS) and other frontend integrations answer a
  Fluvy card's tap and hold.
• assist as a card action (it opens Home Assistant's Assist), and navigation_replace on a navigate.

Fixed

• An action with a confirmation ran without asking. Home Assistant's own dialog now asks first, with its words
  and its exemptions, and a tile no longer flips before the answer.
• call-service, as perform-action was written before Home Assistant 2024.8 (with service and
  service_data), did nothing.
