Fixes
- With the usage log off,
status now reports "logging off". Previously it showed totals from other processes' runs in the shared log. This was found by installing 0.2.0 from npm into a fresh workspace and running an isolated Claude Code session against it.

- README: a 1-minute quickstart with real output, a measured "why" table, and troubleshooting for every failure mode we hit.
- New files:
- CI: split into parallel jobs (typecheck and bundle freshness, test matrix on ubuntu/macos with Node 22/24, npm package, plugin manifest, bundle on Node 20/22). A new check fails if the npm tarball contains anything beyond its 4 expected files.
- npm page: the description and keywords are updated.
