Recreated UI in Visual Studio
Added Cut Assistant feature with video preview capabilities. To help with cutting your videos to length
Created MSI installer
Removed Linux specific code, executables and libraries.

It is still working on Linux through wine. (At least on my machine). The application is making use of .NET Framework 4.8, so you might need to install this using Winetricks if it's not working out of the gate.

Griffrendor v1.1

First release on GitHub.

Changes compared to v1.0:

• Set default max filesize to 50MB
• Capped average bitrate to 15000k (higher often causes issues with the preview in Discord)
• Added an option to disable the aforementioned cap
