Recreated UI in Visual Studio

Created MSI installer
Removed Linux specific code, executables and libraries.
It is still working on Linux through wine. (At least on my machine). The application is making use of .NET Framework 4.8, so you might need to install this using Winetricks if it's not working out of the gate.
