Maintenance release: sources an .adsrc specific to container

This release modifies the scripts to source a container's local .adsrc to avoid the issue of cronjobs being run with minimal environment variables (the environment variables in configuration were not being used by the crons)

Maintenance update: fix formatting of `match.out` in matchpp.sh

As written, the code to rewrite the docmatching output into match.out was using the -e '\t' from the echo command as the column separator, rather than just a tab. This has been corrected, and an additional pipe through sed to remove blank spaces other than tabs was added.

Maintenance release: disable preprint matching for GEN updates

With this release, doindex will be called with the --no-docmatch option if the gen collection is being updated.

Maintenance release, 2026 August 4

There were three changes made to the repo:

• Added logic to doindex-weekly.sh that - for the pre update only - uses the master.list file in the sources/ArXiv/meta instead of the symlink in pre/update
• Added /proj/ads/soft/articles/bin/artlists and .../pdflist to replace one of the adsx crons
• Fixed a non-POSIX compliant logical statement in /app/script/artlists

Production candidate: adds daily ArXiv indexing script

This point release adds a modified version of the daily ArXiv scripts that have been used to index ArXiv. The arxiv-specific shell scripts update.sh postprocess and index.sh were combined into a single shell script, with code related to non-indexing tasks (document matching, fulltext harvesting, reference resolution) removed. The additional perl program included with the script was originally an inline perl command embedded in the index script, and run via perl -e; it was separated out from the script into a stand-alone code to aid in clarifying the workflow.
