Don't Be Michael v0.1.4

An AI office for your small business. Pick your kind of business, pick your team, and Michael, your office manager, runs the floor while you run the business.

What's new in 0.1.4

  • Send on approval. A team member puts each email on Ask me, you edit or approve it, and then it sends exactly what you approved.
  • Michael answers you in the app. A question you send him shows where it stands, from Sent to Answered, with one notification per answer.
  • Send only access to a mailbox someone else watches: Sales can send from the CEO's address without reading the CEO's inbox.
  • Get Michael ready. Setup ends by installing Claude Code and signing you in where you can see it, or by taking an Anthropic API key.

Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) Dont-Be-Michael-0.1.4-mac-universal.dmg

Windows 11 (x64, beta): Dont-Be-Michael-0.1.4-win-x64-setup.exe. Windows on ARM PCs is not supported in the beta. This build is not signed yet: when Windows says Windows protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.

Linux will follow.

Installing on your Mac

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Don't Be Michael into your Applications folder.
  2. Open it from Applications. The first time, macOS says it could not verify the app. Click Done.
  3. Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security. Scroll down to the message about Don't Be Michael and click Open Anyway, then confirm.

You only do this once. macOS asks because this early build is not yet signed with an Apple Developer ID. A signed build is on the way.

You also need Claude Code installed and signed in.

When a new version comes out, the app tells you and links to the download. Install it the same way.
