Windows maintenance release focused on persistence and continuous discovery.

Changes:

Favorites/settings/volume now persist through WebView2 restarts by using a non-private storage profile.
Library background discovery keeps pulling while a search term is active.
Search results are tagged separately from the general browse stream so search pagination no longer exhausts discovery.
Added favicon asset and quiet handling for LibriVox empty-result searches.
Hardened JSON/text response parsing in the frontend HTTP wrapper.
