SkyWays is the agentic product development lifecycle taught as one case: an airline, a rebooking assistant for disrupted passengers, and ninety days. Thirteen dated episodes, each opening on a moment with a number in it. Eight loops that turn four phases into a ring. Nine simulations where a wrong choice plays out in front of you, seventeen calculators that do the arithmetic on your own numbers, and fifty-four role steps across product, architecture, engineering and QA, P0 to P3.

It was built by Akash Das and is open-sourced here, under the repository's MIT licence, for knowledge and experience sharing. This thread is the open door.

What I would love to hear

• A scenario it gets wrong. Which one, what actually happens where you work, and why.
• A decision that is missing. The choice you had to make that the eight loops do not cover.
• A number to correct. Prices, benchmarks and latencies drift. Every figure is marked documented, established or working method on Sources and Confidence — a source and a date beat an opinion.
• A default worth changing. The 5% drift alert, 95% shadow agreement, MAX_LOOPS = 5. If you have measured a better one on real traffic, say so.
• A scenario from your industry. The scenario library now covers twelve beyond the airline. It says what makes a good one; send yours and it goes in with credit.
• A role that is underserved. Where the PM, architect, engineering or QA path skips a step you needed.
• Anything about the experience itself. Wording, navigation, accessibility, what confused you.

How to pitch

One idea per comment, so people can react and reply to each on its own. Say what, why, and, if you have it, evidence. Disagreement is welcome. The playbook exists to be argued with, and the parts marked working method are the ones most likely to be wrong for you.
