Rewrites and significantly expands the Operator documentation with detailed explanations of OLM concepts, Operator sources, installation and upgrade procedures (via UI and YAML), and clarifies approval strategies. Adds a new overview.mdx file to introduce the extension system, and updates navigation weights for Operator and Cluster Plugin docs. The index.mdx is updated to reference the new overview and provide a more focused introduction.
