Skills picker redesign, a friendlier grid "show more", and grouping fixes.

  • Skills picker is now categorized, searchable, and favoritable — skills group into Design / iOS / Release / Docs / Ops & Safety / Context / Other, each with a color swatch; ★ pins favorites to the top; selecting a skill shows its description with an INVOKE button.
  • Grid "show more" cell previews the hidden sessions' mascots, the bucket label, and a "Show N more →" button.
  • Collapsed nav rail now hides minimized/stale sessions too, with a chevron to reveal them (in sync with the expanded nav).
  • Re-tagging a session now drops it at the end of its new group.
  • Nav minimize (–) hover matches the close (✕) treatment; per-group "Show more" is centered.
