Crew v0.3.0 — the mission-control dashboard
A milestone release: Crew grows from a session switcher into a live command center for everything you're building.
Project Tracker — a full-screen Project Index of your open sessions' projects, derived live from disk: recency status, version, framework, branch, commit count, uncommitted/ahead, GitHub + live links, next steps (from your TODO/STATUS/ROADMAP files), up to 5 smart suggestions, and full commit + CHANGELOG history. Launch local starts a project's dev server and hands back the localhost link. Editorial design with bundled fonts, an Auto/Refresh masthead, and tag-grouped sections. Launch it from the clipboard icon in the nav toolbar or the grid title bar.
Activity & spend — now two tabs: Spend (waiting time, cost, credits) and Activity, showing your recent git commits (releases highlighted) instead of state churn.
Sessions & navigation
- Prompting an idle session (or re-tagging one) no longer scrolls it out from under you — the session you're on stays in view across group/recency re-bucketing, in both grid and nav.
- Selecting a minimized session — in the nav or by clicking/expanding its grid tile — restores it.
- Cleaner grid "show more" and a new clipboard-check tracker icon.

v0.2.39
What's new in v0.2.39
Project Tracker — rebuilt to match the design spec exactly
- Faithful port of the editorial "Project Index" design: bundled Instrument Serif + Space Grotesk, the espresso/cream/gold theme, the masthead (Auto + Refresh controls, serif title, gold rule), three stat counters, a section-nav filter row, group headers with blurbs, and one-line project rows with an expandable detail panel.
- Each project is derived live from disk: status health dot, version (+ source), framework, branch, commit count, uncommitted/ahead, GitHub + live links, next steps (from your TODO/STATUS/ROADMAP files, source-tagged), up to 5 priority-ranked suggestions, and full commit + CHANGELOG history. The "N open" pill is your open task count. Projects with open tasks expand by default.
- Launch local — start a project's dev server on a free port and open the localhost link right from the card (with Stop / external-server adoption). Scoped to your currently open sessions.
Activity & spend
- The Activity tab now shows your git commits (with messages; releases highlighted) instead of idle/working state churn — a far more useful history. Commit data is cached and revalidated by HEAD.
Sessions
- Opening a minimized session now restores it in grid view too (clicking a minimized tile, or expanding it to focus), not just in the nav.

v0.2.38
What's new in v0.2.38
- Project Tracker — rich live detail. Each project in the tracker is now derived live from disk: version, framework, branch, commit count, last-commit time, uncommitted/ahead, GitHub + live links, next steps (from TODO/STATUS/ROADMAP files), up to 5 suggestions, and full commit history + CHANGELOG. Filter tabs, section blurbs, a recency status dot, and an "N open" pill round it out. Projects with open next-steps expand by default. Still scoped to the working directories of your open sessions.
- Activity & spend — two tabs. The dialog now has a Spend tab (default) and an Activity tab that merges session state changes with recent git commits (sha, project, message; releases highlighted) — a much more useful activity history. Commit data is cached and revalidated by HEAD, so re-opening doesn't re-scan git.
- New tracker icon — a clipboard with a check mark.
- Cleaner grid "show more" — the hidden-session mascots render as clean line-art (no circular backgrounds).

v0.2.37
What's new in v0.2.37
- Project Tracker — expandable projects. Each project row now expands to reveal its sessions, and projects that still have an open task (a session working or waiting on you) are expanded by default; all-idle projects start collapsed. Click any project to toggle it.
- Each revealed session shows its live state (working / waiting for you / idle), and the headline amber stat is now Open tasks — the count of sessions still in flight.

v0.2.36
What's new in v0.2.36
- Project Tracker — a new full-screen "Project Index" that shows the projects behind your currently open sessions, grouped by tag, with per-project open-session counts and last-activity times. Launch it from the clipboard icon in the expanded nav toolbar or the grid title bar; close with ✕ or Esc.
- Restore on select — clicking a minimized session in the nav now un-minimizes it, so its pane reopens in the grid instead of staying hidden behind "show more".
- Activity & spend dialog — the per-session table now scrolls inside the modal, so it no longer runs off-screen with a large roster.
- Nav drag indicator — the reorder drop line is now straight (no curved corners).

v0.2.35
Skills picker redesign, a friendlier grid "show more", and grouping fixes.
- Skills picker is now categorized, searchable, and favoritable — skills group into Design / iOS / Release / Docs / Ops & Safety / Context / Other, each with a color swatch; ★ pins favorites to the top; selecting a skill shows its description with an INVOKE button.
- Grid "show more" cell previews the hidden sessions' mascots, the bucket label, and a "Show N more →" button.
- Collapsed nav rail now hides minimized/stale sessions too, with a chevron to reveal them (in sync with the expanded nav).
- Re-tagging a session now drops it at the end of its new group.
- Nav minimize (–) hover matches the close (✕) treatment; per-group "Show more" is centered.
v0.2.34
New Session dialog fixes.
- The Workspaces default is now always filled when you have any workspace: it uses the active workspace filter, otherwise your most recently used workspace, otherwise the first one — so creating a session from "All Sessions" no longer leaves it blank.
- Removed the "✓ Installed" status line under the Agent dropdown (the "not found on PATH" warning stays).
v0.2.33
Command palette icons, HTML thumbnails, and New Session dialog polish.
- Command palette (⌘K): actions now use the app's monochrome line icons (matching the toolbar) instead of mismatched emoji, and sessions show their character line-art.
- HTML assets render a live mini-preview thumbnail instead of a generic globe icon.
- New Session dialog: the group/workspace “+ Add” button fills solid cobalt once you type a name; the Workspaces section defaults to your active workspace with a “Change” link that reveals the rest; and the group/workspace chips drop the “+” mark and fill solid cobalt when selected.
v0.2.32
Minimize sessions and a "show more" that works everywhere.
- Minimize: a new "–" button (left of the ✕) on nav cards and grid tiles hides a session behind its bucket's Show more; click again on the revealed card to restore it. Minimized sessions stay hidden across restarts.
- "Show more" in every view: group, recency, and needs buckets each get their own; ungrouped (no sort) gets a single overall one. A bucket hides a session when it's minimized, or — in group sort — when it's gone unused past the Hide stale sessions after window.
- Grid view honors the same hiding, with a per-group button labeled with the group name (e.g. "Alpha · Show 2 more") so you know which group it expands.
v0.2.31
Polish across the New Session dialog, the Assets panel, autopilot, and session grouping.
- New Session dialog: the agent picker's chevron is inset to sit evenly in the field, the ✓/✗ marks are gone from the agent names, the resolved binary path is hidden from the "Installed" line, and the picker + group/workspace chips match the Label field width.
- Assets show up live: files an agent generates into build-output folders (dist/, out/, build/, …) now appear in the Assets panel automatically as they're created, not just when you click their link. The collapsed Assets rail drops its count badge and the expand toggle is borderless until hover.
- Shorter session title bar in the immersive view.
- Autopilot badge: the plane is centered in the blue dot and nudged so it overlaps the mascot less.
- Recency grouping returns to time buckets (Last 30 min / 2 hrs / …) as soon as 2+ sessions get fresh prompts, instead of staying on the count-based fallback.
- Group sort "show more": sessions in a group you haven't used within a set number of hours (new Hide stale sessions after setting, default 12) tuck behind a per-group "Show N more" link so groups don't pile up with inactive sessions.
