What's new in v0.2.38

  • Project Tracker — rich live detail. Each project in the tracker is now derived live from disk: version, framework, branch, commit count, last-commit time, uncommitted/ahead, GitHub + live links, next steps (from TODO/STATUS/ROADMAP files), up to 5 suggestions, and full commit history + CHANGELOG. Filter tabs, section blurbs, a recency status dot, and an "N open" pill round it out. Projects with open next-steps expand by default. Still scoped to the working directories of your open sessions.
  • Activity & spend — two tabs. The dialog now has a Spend tab (default) and an Activity tab that merges session state changes with recent git commits (sha, project, message; releases highlighted) — a much more useful activity history. Commit data is cached and revalidated by HEAD, so re-opening doesn't re-scan git.
  • New tracker icon — a clipboard with a check mark.
  • Cleaner grid "show more" — the hidden-session mascots render as clean line-art (no circular backgrounds).
