• download: Handle redirects manually to fix panic on Linear uploads (#13)

Linear uploads redirect to a CDN (like S3) with a signed URL. The HTTP client was using .redirect_behavior = .unhandled and then attempting to read the response body after receiving a 3xx redirect, causing a panic.

The fix:

• Manually detects 3xx redirect responses
• Extracts the Location header and follows the redirect
• Strips the Authorization header when following redirects (security: prevents leaking API key to CDN)
• Limits redirects to 5 to prevent infinite loops
