Hindi-first UPI expense ledger for Android. Reads payment notifications on-device and turns them into a ledger. The app declares no INTERNET permission, so nothing can leave the phone.

Install: allow installs from unknown sources, then grant notification access on first run. Turn on Demo Data in Settings to see the app populated without making a payment. This is a debug build, so Android will warn about the installer.
Changes since the Build Day snapshot
- Android backup is off, so the ledger is never copied to Google Drive.
- Only the bank's sender ID is stored from each message, never the message text.
- Version is now 0.2. One day's build, proven on one phone and one bank, is not a 1.0.
