Warehouse Link Terminal
The Warehouse Link Terminal is an AE2 part. It mounts on a cable like any other terminal and gives you a single screen showing the colony Warehouse on one side and your ME network on the other.
Attach it to an ME cable on a powered network. Right click to open.
To reach a colony Warehouse you also need a Warehouse Link Card, bound to the colony. Without a card the terminal still works as a plain ME terminal.
Both panels are live. You can click, shift click and drag between:
- the Warehouse
- the ME network
- your inventory and hotbar
- the built in 3x3 crafting grid
The crafting grid works like a normal one, and it can pull ingredients from either side.
This is the Domum Ornamentum side of the mod.
Domum blocks are awkward for AE2 because their appearance is stored on the item, so a plain pattern does not cover them. The Cutter tab lets you encode a Domum Pattern for a specific Domum block, which your network can then autocraft like anything else.
The workflow:
- Put the Domum block you want in the reference slot.
- Put a Blank Pattern in the pattern slot.
- Encode. Take the finished pattern out of the output slot and put it in a Molecular Assembler or pattern provider as usual.
When the Clipboard finds a Domum block a builder needs but your network has no pattern for, it shows No Pattern. Clicking that adds the block to a queue, which shows up in the Cutter tab as a to do list of patterns worth encoding.
That queue is shared across the whole ME network. If you have two terminals on the same grid, whether they are on the same cable or joined through a Quantum Ring, both show the same list. Encoding a pattern removes the entry from every terminal on that network on the next tick.
The queue survives relogs and network reconnections.
Warehouse operations check colony permissions. You need access to the colony's huts to move items in or out of its Warehouse, and the ME side respects AE2's own security settings, so a security terminal or biometric card applies here the same as on any other terminal.
The terminal also closes if you walk away from it, like a vanilla container.
