Included TMC2262-BOB, TMC5262-BOB and TMC6460-BOB to the project.
Updated copyright text of both TMC-API and TMC-EvalSystem.
TMC6460-Eval: Added APs to control PWM_IN pin from LB side, an option to read raw ADC value from TEMP_LB_IN pin and supported higher RTMI RAMDebug downsampling via SW prescaling.
Set the UART TX mode for most single-wire UART Evalboards.
