Describe the bug*
The 3.10 release adds double quotes around the ip address breaking most command line uses of fetchip in openers on windows.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Use fetchip. Create an opener with open {fetchip}, run in terminal, observe double quotes
Expected behavior
make the double quotes be added on another keyword than what everyone has in their custom openers
I have about 20 I use which are now all broken. I've looked for and tried several workarounds, and they don't work
