Google Analytics Advisor 0.20.0
Google Analytics Advisor 0.20.0
Google Analytics Advisor 0.20.0 expands the plugin from individual GA4 tasks into a resumable,
plain-language analytics advisor for non-specialists and adds read-only Google Search Console
evidence.
Highlights
- A five-step full-picture advisor covering 14 assessment domains, with resumable checkpoints,
partial-result preservation, evidence-linked recommendations, and one safe next step. - Read-only Search Console OAuth, property discovery, performance reports, sitemap metadata, bounded
URL Inspection, and exact-only GA4/Search Console comparisons. - Guarded assistance for linking an exact GA4 web stream and Search Console property through the
Google UI, with immutable plans, role and conflict checks, explicit confirmation, and readback. - Plain-language Russian and English output that keeps GA4 sessions distinct from Search Console
clicks and reports evidence limits instead of filling gaps with assumptions. - A release-only cross-platform acceptance gate for Windows, macOS, and Linux on CPython 3.10-3.13.
- A bundled, attributed
tzdata2026.2 fallback for clean Windows Python environments; native OS
timezone data remains preferred.
Safety boundary
Advisor, Search Console reporting, sitemap discovery, URL Inspection, and cross-source analysis are
read-only. OAuth scopes do not authorize automatic changes. GA4, GTM, website, or UI mutations still
require a separate immutable plan and explicit confirmation; GTM publish remains a separate action.
Google credentials and customer data are never included in the release assets.
Validation
- 252 local acceptance tests passed in the canonical repository, installed Codex package, installed
Claude Code package, and clean unpacked release archive. - GitHub release acceptance passed all 12 combinations: Windows 2025, Ubuntu 24.04, and macOS 15
Intel with CPython 3.10, 3.11, 3.12, and 3.13. - The release candidate verifier bound version
0.20.0to commit

available as the previous stable rollback release.
Google Analytics Advisor 0.11.0
Google Analytics Advisor 0.11.0
Google Analytics Advisor is now available as a stable public MIT release for Codex and Claude Code.
Highlights
- Plain-language GA4 and GTM discovery, website-tag audit, measurement planning and Data API reports.
- Confirmed mutation plans for supported GA4, GTM, website-code and Measurement Protocol operations.
- Customer-owned Google Cloud Desktop OAuth application with protected local credential storage.
- Public Git-backed marketplaces for Codex and Claude Code, plus a portable release ZIP.
- Installation, update, rollback, uninstall, privacy, security and support documentation.
Validation boundary
The release passed 158 local acceptance tests on Windows with CPython 3.12.1, the Codex plugin
validator, Claude Code strict validation, clean marketplace installation and release-archive checks.
The macOS and Linux implementations are included but were not live-tested for this release.
GitHub Actions are intentionally absent from 0.11.0. Cross-platform CI is deferred to version
0.20.0; this release was validated locally on Windows to avoid paid CI usage.
