The first public, free, open-source release of Google Analytics Advisor under the MIT License.
What it does
- explains GA4 and website measurement in plain language;
- discovers accessible GA4 and Google Tag Manager resources without changing them;
- audits a selected GA4 property and local website source;
- designs immutable measurement plans with privacy, consent, ecommerce, and event safeguards;
- prepares supported GA4 configuration changes and local website tagging changes;
- requires exact, expiring SHA-256 confirmation before every supported mutation;
- keeps Google credentials in protected operating-system storage;
- answers in the language used by the user.
Installation
- Download
google-analytics-0.8.0.zipbelow. - Unpack it.
- Point Codex or Claude Code to the folder and say: "Install this plugin."
- Start a new task or conversation and say: "Check my Google Analytics setup."
The plugin checks for Python 3.10-3.13 and helps with safe setup when needed. See the
README for
details and update instructions.

Local release validation completed on Windows with Python 3.12. The release-triggered GitHub Actions
