v3.0.1 — legacy v3 skill line (clean)

Legacy line. Current release: v5.1.0 — the consolidated Atlas engine on npm (npm install -g prd-taskmaster).

v3.0.1 is the v3 skill-only line exactly as last shipped (v3.0.0 + nothing functional), cleaned for rollback use: the SKILL.md.pre-codify backup and internal .taskmaster/ dogfood artifacts are removed from the installable tree, and the installer reports its version correctly.
